If you had any doubts, you now know for sure that the Mayans and all those others with prophecies about the “end of time” were either wrong or misunderstood. Now what? I feel it’s a new beginning…a shift in human consciousness is happening. By getting more in touch with your heart and your heart’s purpose, you play an important part. Rather than the death of the old, let’s focus on the birth of the new, more feminine focus of our collective consciousness.
On my recent HeartMath and Global Coherence Initiative retreat to the Tao Wellness Center in the Mayan Riviera in Mexico, I got a taste for this new consciousness. We each felt more connected, intuitive and loving. A small group of us joined in a special Temazcal experience, which is a Mayan sweat lodge ritual for purification. What a life changing adventure! I feel it was my rite of passage into the new age. Wandering the ancient seaside Mayan ruins at Tulum transported me.
