“I have treated many hundreds of patients. Among those in the second half of life – that is to say, over 35 – there has not been one whose problem in the last resort was not that of finding a spiritual outlook on life. It is safe to say that every one of them fell ill because he had lost that which the living religions of every age have given their followers, and none of them has really been healed who did not regain his spiritual outlook.” — Dr. Carl Gustav Jung (Modern Man in Search of a Soul)

Discover Your True Self and Soul Purpose
My sense from working with others in career and life coaching, and from my own life experience, is that the process is more about finding and following the path, than it is about discovering a spiritual life purpose, or soul purpose. The journey is the destination. When we look at life purpose from a spiritual perspective, we see that we all share the same purpose: To experience freedom, growth and joy. There are many paths to living our purpose, and it’s not always (often?) a linear route for the “seekers”. Here are some lessons that have helped me and others along the way. Let me hear from you about what has helped you, too. This can be a fun and empowering conversation as we all learn and grow together.
